Primary Objective:
Execute collections and Home Solutions tasks for mortgage loans, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, precision, and timely execution while adhering to all deadlines.
Uphold compliance with all applicable federal, state, government, and banking regulations, along with agency guidelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver exceptional customer service to borrowers, internal bank personnel, legal representatives, and vendors.
Conduct outbound collection communications and follow-up as necessary.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management assessment.
Prepare and manage claims with investors.
Complete monthly default reporting to Investors and Insurers.
Maintain secure and organized records of confidential data.
Evaluate and respond to borrower submission packets for workout options.
Process various workout scenarios, including loan modifications, forbearances, repayment plans, short sales, and mortgage releases.
Undertake special projects as assigned by management.
Maintain a regular work schedule with flexibility based on operational needs.
Ensure adherence to banking and departmental policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Supervision:
This role reports to the Mortgage Home Solutions Team Manager.
Confidentiality:
This position involves access to sensitive financial information of customers and the institution, necessitating the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Communication:
Regular interaction with both internal and external clients is required. Effective communication in a clear, concise, and courteous manner is essential.
Supervisory Role:
This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Previous experience in banking and/or mortgage sectors is advantageous.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is beneficial.
