Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives by providing a range of services, including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a full- or part-time Residential Caregiver - DSP to join our team. As a Residential Caregiver - DSP, you will provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities in living their lives to the fullest and as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily living support, including medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping.
  • Use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to provide life skills training, including financial management and behavior management strategies.
  • Support individuals in accessing and participating in their community, including gaining employment, building relationships, and finding recreational activities.
  • Model appropriate social skills and behaviors.

Requirements

  • 18 years old or older
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
