The Contractor Consultants is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Yard Supervisor to manage our loading operations effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a team of loaders, assigning daily tasks to promote efficient workflow.
  • Ensure adherence to all loading protocols to uphold safety and accuracy standards.
  • Confirm that all loads are properly prepared and complete prior to customer departure, reducing discrepancies and enhancing customer experience.
  • Enhance yard organization and storage techniques to improve loading efficiency.
  • Proactively address and resolve any loading or order-related issues to maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Engage directly with customers, representing The Contractor Consultants with professionalism and a positive demeanor.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a professional and courteous approach to client interactions.
  • Demonstrated capability to delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure follow-through.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Robust work ethic and eagerness to develop within the organization.
  • Ability to accurately read measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with construction materials is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Expectation of over 40 hours per week
