Airgas Bulk OTR Driver

As a CDL A Hazmat Tanker Driver for Airgas Inc, you will be responsible for safely transporting and off-loading compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or storage sites in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial motor vehicles (tractor-trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required and act accordingly.
• Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints immediately to your supervisor.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a driver of tractor-trailer vehicles.
• A Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, or two years of technical college or military technical experience.
