Nursing Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Nursing Supervisor at Penn State Health, you will be responsible for overseeing hospital personnel and functions within your assigned work unit/location. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

- Supervise hospital personnel and functions within your assigned work unit/location
- Exercise delegated administrative responsibility and authority
- Make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

- Must have obtained BLS certification through Penn State Health or the American Heart Association (AHA)
- ED or ICU experience preferred
