We are seeking a highly skilled Delmia Apriso Architect to join our team at SEGULA Technologies. As an expert in implementing Apriso software, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of manufacturing and driving innovation in supply chain and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

• Lead Workshops to drive project success and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
• Create Conceptual Architecture Flows for identified epics, defining the overall direction and approach for the project.
• Design Detailed Solutions with functional process flows, business logic, and data model descriptions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to break down epics into user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop Storyboards and review with Product Owners to ensure effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
• Lead Internal Testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist Product Owners in accepting user stories, ensuring that all requirements are met and documented.
• Define Best Practices for the project, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (required).
• Master's Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience in implementing Apriso software for key modules such as Production, Quality, and Warehouse, with a deep understanding of the Apriso data model and process builder framework.
• Strong Exposure to MES implementations, including automation, production monitoring and execution, quality planning and execution, detailed scheduling and sequencing, and interfaces to ERP.
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills to tackle complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.
• Minimum of 8 Years of experience in a Supply Chain/LES/MES/ERP/Automation functional or technical role, providing familiarity with business processes and practices.
• Minimum of 8 Years' Experience in the Information Technology Industry.
• Programming Background with C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java, and web-based technologies.
• SAP or Oracle Applications Experience is a plus.
• Experience with Biztalk Server, SAP Business Connector, SAP PI is a plus.
• Business Process Certifications, such as APICS, CPIM, is a plus.
• Strategic Program Certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, is a plus.
• Willingness and Ability to Travel up to 75% in the United States.
