Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac Care ICU unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a critical care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Preferred CCRN certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
