We are seeking a highly skilled CV Rad Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing equipment, patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment in our state-of-the-art cardiovascular program. This role involves collaborating with a team of cardiologists and requires a strong commitment to continuous professional development.

About Us

Norman Regional Health System is a community hospital system nestled at the Southern border of the Oklahoma City metro area. We have an innovative cardiovascular program and a reputation for workplace excellence. Our new Critical Care Tower features three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms.

We work with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists, offering a range of cardiac services, including emergency care, diagnostic testing, and treatment options.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
  • Identify and assess patient condition, preparing and positioning patients for care.
  • Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree from an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program.
  • Licensure as a Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or RCIS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • Basic Life Support training, with Advanced Life Support certification within six months of hire.
  • At least one year of experience working in a Cath Lab or related procedural area.
