About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development function. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive innovation, excellence, and growth in software development.

You must be able to design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems, as well as troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leadership and management roles, is essential. You should also possess relevant certifications, such as Security+ CE or equivalent, and be proficient in programming languages like Java, GraphQL, and scripting languages. Experience with Agile methodologies, version control systems like Git, and DevOps pipelines is highly desirable. Furthermore, you should have a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, meeting project timelines, and exceeding customer expectations.
