Job Overview
A skilled nursing caregiver is needed to join the team at Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 132-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the seaside town of Beverly. As a certified nursing assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of our nursing staff.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $17.00 to $28.50 per hour, based on experience, benefit status, and shift differentials. Per diem pay rate is $24.00 per hour, while weekend warrior pay rate is $25 per hour with a requirement to work every Saturday and Sunday with the sixth weekend off on rotation. Additionally, full-time staff members receive extra $5.00 per hour as pay in lieu of benefits.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, an active current CNA license in the state of Massachusetts, and prior CNA experience in a nursing home preferred. They must also possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public. Primary series of COVID vaccine is required (or new bivalent COVID vaccine or medical exemption).
