Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for assigned patients.
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, as well as co-lead groups.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mental health practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in program and hospital administrative activities, such as staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the hospital's teaching and research efforts, including supervision of trainees and clinical research coordinators.
- Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. degree in psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure appropriate to the clinical discipline.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records systems.
