**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Server Assistant to join our team at Red Lobster. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming every guest with a smile and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Setting up the station for each shift and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables in a timely manner.
  • Running hot food to guests when ready and communicating table readiness.
  • Providing support to Servers as needed and following all food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Clearing dishes from tables, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $ $$16-$19 per hour, depending on experience.
