Salary and Benefits

This is a 1099 position with guaranteed weekly hours, offering an hourly rate of $42+ across direct and indirect hours. The salary range is estimated at approximately $70,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and work schedule.

Job Description

As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized therapy plans to students. Your responsibilities will include conducting virtual assessments and evaluations, developing treatment plans, collaborating with parents and professionals, and maintaining detailed records of student progress.

Key Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Vermont Teaching Certification required
  • Vermont SLP license required
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
