As a dental hygienist with Toothio Careers, your duties will include:
- Conducting initial patient screenings and cleaning teeth
- Advising patients on oral health and preventative care
- Helping dentists decide treatments for teeth or gum diseases
- Ensuring patients feel comfortable and at ease during their examination
- Sterilizing dental instruments properly
- Conducting initial mouth screenings and checking oral health history
- Identifying conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
- Cleaning and protecting patients' teeth
- Educating patients on proper teeth care
- Assisting dentists with selecting treatments
- Maintaining documentation and charts on each patient
- Monitoring supplies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a dental hygienist or similar role
- Dental hygiene license required
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession
- Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
- Outstanding communication skills
- A patient and friendly personality
- Attention to detail
- Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $75.00 per hour
