Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and colleagues
  • Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve specified goals and drive growth and improvement in pharmacy performance
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
