We are looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to play a vital role in our team, responsible for key initiatives that support the recruitment, retention, and development of our early career employees. You will be instrumental in fostering comprehensive programs centered on onboarding, mentorship, skill enhancement, networking, and career progression for our new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating programs that boost employee engagement and align with our cultural values across internship and full-time early career positions.
  • Support recruitment strategies to attract, select, and onboard top talent into early career programs.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop updated employee onboarding processes that ensure a welcoming introduction to the company for new hires.
  • Help design development roadmaps for early career associates, proactively identifying potential experience risks to minimize attrition.
  • Coordinate mentorship and career advancement initiatives for early career employees.
  • Develop opportunities for deeper employee connections within a hybrid work environment.
  • Engage in consulting and problem-solving across the Early Career Recruiting and Experience team with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Possess negotiation skills to assist with senior-level recruitment and to establish budgets and requirements in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Build networks to identify qualified passive candidates.
  • Provide recruiting support across multiple sites, fostering positive relationships with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Travel as necessary, up to 25%, to support hiring events and employee initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, employee experience, or related fields.
  • Experience in cultivating workplace culture across distributed job sites.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing both intricate tasks and overarching strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build healthy stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
