Job Title: Molding Manager

We are seeking an experienced Molding Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our molding department, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the molding department, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee productivity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and product quality.
  • Work closely with other department managers to ensure coordination and cooperation across all areas of production.
  • Ensure all safety and health regulations are strictly adhered to, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the molding processes, implementing solutions promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Regularly report on department performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing industry, specifically in molding, casting, or foundry environment.
  • Proven experience conducting performance reviews and implementing strategies to improve productivity and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of molding processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Passion for this work and desire to be a great leader within a collaborative organization.
