As a Clinical Technician (Aide), you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and upkeep of our clinics, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including cleaning tables, equipment, and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist physical therapists with patient interactions, including facilitating communication and providing support as needed.
  • Collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth operations, including answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of digital technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documented history of working with people in a service industry (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college experience in a related healthcare field (preferred).
  • Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting (preferred); CPR certification (preferred).
  • Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
