Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Caregiver / Patient Care Technician to join our Hispanic Outreach team. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing compassionate care and support in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
  • Take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, reporting reactions to the healthcare team.
  • Restock medication inventories and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring resident safety by identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action as needed.
