About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized advice.
  • Prepare and review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their refunds.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
  • Experience completing individual tax returns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
