About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a critical part in shaping the future of healthcare by developing and optimizing prompts that drive AI-powered solutions within our clinical, financial, and administrative products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration within our EHR products
- Develop prompt templates and frameworks to enhance the capabilities of our EHR systems
- Create chains of prompts for complex tasks and integrate them into larger applications and workflows
- Design clear, structured prompts that elicit desired outputs and fine-tune them through testing and iteration
- Understand how different phrasings and formats affect AI responses and ensure consistent and reliable outputs
Requirements:
- Understanding AI model capabilities and limitations
- Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant NLP libraries and other tools and APIs in this domain
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques
- Higher consideration given to experience in the following areas: exposure to EHR systems, healthcare data, familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems, data visualization and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
