About the Job

Charter College is seeking a highly qualified and experienced HVAC Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. As an HVAC Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our HVAC program, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in this exciting and rewarding field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Develop and deliver high-quality instruction to students in our HVAC program, using a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and motivate learners.
  • Course Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and update course materials, ensuring that they are relevant, accurate, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure student learning and progress, using the results to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in teaching and instruction.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • Certifications: HVAC certification preferred, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
