Print Shop Assistant Manager

Black Diamond Technologies is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and eager to expand their knowledge in the graphic printing sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, thrive in collaborative environments, and be capable of managing a diverse array of responsibilities throughout the workweek. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing orders and setup
  • Managing file sharing via Adobe Creative Cloud and Dropbox
  • Overseeing inventory, shipping, receiving, and screen printing production
  • Drafting proposals
  • Providing retail and customer service support
  • Coordinating the purchase and receipt of apparel items
  • Facilitating the weekly printing schedule
  • Conducting quality control for apparel and printing

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential
  • Strong customer-facing abilities are required
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Eagerness to learn various techniques
  • Experience in shipping is advantageous
  • Background in screen printing is a plus

Experience in customer service or retail is also beneficial.
