We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinician to serve as the leader of our crisis response team, providing support through telehealth, phone consultations, or in-person interactions. The Clinician will deliver essential clinical services to individuals experiencing crises and offer comprehensive support to both individuals and staff on the Mobile Response Team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Clinician, you will:

  • Provide clinical crisis interventions to individuals in distress and offer overall support to the Mobile Response Team.
  • Adapt your schedule as necessary to deliver services, supports, and treatment to individuals in need, responding promptly to crisis calls.
  • Supervise and guide staff during crisis situations, ensuring they are equipped to handle various scenarios.
  • Maintain professional competence by adhering to licensing, training, and certification requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct crisis assessments, including the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS), and complete necessary documentation.
  • Respond to all crisis dispatches, ensuring support is provided face-to-face within an average of 60 minutes.
  • Offer clinical and administrative assistance to Mobile Response Team staff during your shift, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
  • Evaluate individuals for safety and implement appropriate measures to ensure their well-being.
  • Develop crisis safety plans and facilitate connections to suitable care and community resources.
  • Coordinate with existing treatment providers to ensure adherence to recommended crisis safety plans.
  • Facilitate timely referrals to prevent escalation of crises.
  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys to individuals served by the Mobile Response Teams.
  • Ensure post-crisis follow-up services are conducted within 72 hours for individuals requiring additional support.
  • Complete all documentation in accordance with relevant policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Review documentation submitted by Mobile Crisis Team staff to maintain quality standards.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards to protect both staff and individuals served.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Idaho.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health environment, such as a psychiatric hospital or outpatient clinic.
  • Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention methodologies.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working on a mobile crisis team with individuals facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
