Job DescriptionAt The Lash Lounge Rocky River, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lash Stylist to join our team. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, educating them on proper lash care, and promoting our exclusive products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
  • Educate clients on proper lash care and recommend our exclusive after-care products
  • Understand and promote our products and memberships to drive sales and growth
  • Perform high-quality eyelash extension services that meet our high standards
  • Generate new clientele through our referral programs and build a loyal client base
  • Maintain a clean and sterile work environment that meets our high standards

Requirements:

  • Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
  • 1+ years of experience as a Lash Stylist or related field
  • 1+ years of experience with hand-made volume fans
  • Customer service-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings
