Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, subchapter S corporations, trusts, gift, and private foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth clients.
  • Prepare and review quarterly tax estimate projections and foreign filing disclosures/reports.
  • Respond to federal and state tax notices.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and meet various tax deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in preparing and reviewing returns in the high-net-worth space, preferably with public accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree in Taxation is a plus.
  • CPA or EA preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GoSystem tax software, BNA income tax planner, QuickBooks, CCH Document, IntelliForms, and Microsoft Office.
