Dishroom Coordinator

Oceanside Beach Grill is seeking a highly organized and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our dishes and small wares.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Safely operate a commercial dish machine to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
* Manage the safe use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing, adhering to strict sanitation requirements.
* Re-stock and move efficiently between active cook lines, maintaining a clean and organized dish room.
* Complete cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time, meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
* Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are met to guarantee guest safety.
* Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

**Personal Requirements:**

* Possess a strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
* Work effectively within a team, maintaining a strong personal image and uniform standards.
* Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and continuously use hands and arms.
* Maintain a high level of alertness and be on your feet for extended periods.
