Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized goals and checklists, and provide basic care to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD
- Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans
- Conduct stimulus preference assessments
- Collect data and maintain client program books
- Develop and create teaching materials
- Provide basic care to clients, including toileting and eating
- Discuss client progress with parents and caregivers
- Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge through continuing education
- Valid and active RBT credential number on the BACB website
- Previous experience working with children, with ASD experience strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliability and ability to work a consistent schedule
- Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
