The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient practice in Tacoma, Washington. As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with our medical director to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to ongoing practice innovation. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, partnering with the care team to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change.
  • Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.
  • Participate in weekly protected time for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases.
  • Work in a state-of-the-art practice setting designed for a team-based practice model.
  • Collaborate with leadership that values your input and understands the importance of work/life balance.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.

This is a full-time in-clinic position in Tacoma, WA. The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
