Growth Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Washington, D.C., supporting our Defense Intelligence client. This role involves developing solutions, interface designs, and architecture of websites, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government leads to design and develop web solutions, ensuring compliance with government requirements.
  • Research, test, build, and coordinate integration of software components, leveraging experience in multiple development technologies and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor junior developers, contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in frontend and backend web application development using frameworks like React.JS, Angular.JS, or .NET.
  • Leadership experience, having managed teams and developed API and web services using Node.JS, .NET, or Flask/FastAPI.
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, as well as multiple object-oriented programming languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on web solutions for the federal government and comfort with multiple programming languages.
  • DOD 8570 certification requirements.

Clearance Requirements

  • Active DoD TS/SCI with CI Poly eligibility.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $192,500 annually, based on location and qualifications. IT Concepts offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, supplemental benefits, 401k with employer match, and education reimbursement opportunities.
