Position Overview:
The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the installation and configuration of essential Trellix solutions, which encompass Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) Client, ENS Firewall, Threat Prevention, and Access Protection across enterprise-level Microsoft and Linux systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with malware security protocols and effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely through the Trellix ePO console.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with system administrators to address desktop and server challenges, including software installations.
2. Manage the daily cycle of DAT file ingestion and deployment.
3. Ensure the seamless operation of the ePO infrastructure, focusing on PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.
4. Contribute to the development and enhancement of industry best practices and standards for the management of malware enterprise technologies.
5. Assist in the installation, testing, and deployment of hotfixes and patches for Trellix product updates to mitigate enterprise vulnerabilities.
6. Support the creation of knowledge articles, documentation, and operational instructions for use by Malware, server, and desktop teams, as well as Tier 2/3 Help Desk technicians and remote units.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with 20 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 25 years of experience.

Certification Requirements:
- DOD 8570 Certification is mandatory: CompTIA Security+.

Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of Trellix ePO within a global enterprise context.
- Strong proficiency in Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) products.
- U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite for all candidates.
