Pizza Delivery Specialist

Position: Pizza Delivery Driver
Company: Venezia's Chandler #2
Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong familiarity of the local area and a spotless driving history to fill the role of Pizza Delivery Driver. This position offers an opportunity to be part of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing employees to gain shares in the company and benefit from its success.
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $11.35 per hour
- Additional earnings: $2.50 per delivery, plus tips (averaging around $6 per delivery)
- Total potential earnings: Up to $25 per hour with tips
- Experienced drivers can earn approximately $30-35 per hour
Work Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions are available. Drivers typically manage 3-4 deliveries per hour during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Must possess a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely.
- Valid driver's license, registration, and insurance are required.
- Availability to work on weekends is essential.
- Physical capability to lift 40 lbs or more.
- Must maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are necessary.
- A food handler's card or Serv Safe Certification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately taking customer orders over the phone.
- Using the point of sale system proficiently.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly to ensure quality service.
- Assisting with stocking, cleaning, and other duties as needed.
