Rolling Rink Supervisor

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Hot Wheelz Skating Center is a family-oriented roller skating rink offering endless fun for all ages. We provide a spacious skating area where you can glide to your favorite tunes and recharge at our cozy café serving delicious snacks and beverages.

We also feature various arcade games and activities perfect for the whole family. Our goal is to create a wholesome entertainment experience with quality family time.

In this role, you will contribute to a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while directing staff and ensuring they perform at a consistently high level.

You will assist in hiring and retaining staff, coaching, discipline; ensure execution of staff training programs.

This position requires leading and influencing staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the operation including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property inspections.

Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff. Flexible hours are required, with a willingness to work nights and weekends.
