At Raytheon Technologies, we're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive transformation in the future of flight. This role is focused on lean values, automation, continuous improvement, and root cause corrective action.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting equipment and analyzing data
  • Writing work instructions and supporting investigations
  • Planning sequences of operations and estimating time required
  • Determining manufacturing methods and processes for complex products
  • Investigating and implementing requirements for equipment, tooling, and material
  • Consulting with design or projects engineering on suitability or producibility of complex molds, fixtures, or parts

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related degree, with 8 years of experience in engineering, operations, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and experience with CAD software or similar experience are also required.
