As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing comprehensive care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Documenting patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
  • At least 12 months of experience in nursing care, including 3 months of experience providing care to patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis
