Dialysis Nurse

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing comprehensive care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Documenting patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- At least 12 months of experience in nursing care, including 3 months of experience providing care to patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis
