Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Ventilator Specialist to join our team on a travel position in Buffalo, New York.

About the Job:

This is a 13-week contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work 12-hour shifts, 34 hours per week, providing respiratory care services to individual patients and their families.

RRT Contract Details:

The estimated weekly payment for this role is between $1,932 and $2,149, including both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and develop effective treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
