Inficare seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Strategist to lead our security initiatives and drive strategic direction. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity related job functions, with a strong understanding of information technology systems and services, including virtualization, containerization, cloud hosting operations, and encryption. The candidate should also have expertise in risk management, compliance regulations, and audit engagement processes. Additionally, experience with Criminal Justice Information systems and leading cyber security initiatives is desired.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive strategic direction for Inficare's security initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tactical solutions
Provide risk management expertise to ensure risk drivers are appropriately considered, assessed, and prioritized
Evaluate the appropriateness of audit responses to changes in risk ratings
Expertise in risk and controls questionnaire-based risk identification, control evaluation, testing, sampling methodologies, technology controls, audit engagement processes, and controls substantiation

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity related job functions
Strong knowledge and understanding of information technology systems and services
Expertise in risk management, compliance regulations, and audit engagement processes
Experience with Criminal Justice Information systems and leading cyber security initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
