Technical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to join our team at Williams Companies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting technical and economic evaluations, performance testing, design, and construction of new and existing facilities.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Job Description
This role involves developing engineering execution strategies to meet project objectives, working with internal partners on quality control and project timelines, and coordinating with project teams to ensure technical aspects meet expectations. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential in this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering field or related field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required. A minimum of 4-8 years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills are necessary, as well as knowledge of engineering specialties covering multiple subject areas.
