Tower Foreman

True North, a Congruex Company, is seeking a skilled Tower Foreman to lead our team in the construction, installation, and maintenance of communication towers and support structures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-4 technicians, ensuring safety and performance on site, and delivering high-quality work to our clients.

• Manage a team of technicians to ensure safety and performance on site
• Lead by example and ensure all crew members are utilizing proper PPE
• Develop and implement site plans to ensure timely completion of projects
• Identify and mitigate safety concerns and obstacles that may impede project timelines
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver daily updates and ensure close-out documents are completed
• Ensure all crew members have the necessary training and certifications to perform their duties
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including inspection of ropes, rigging, and PFAS equipment
• Ensure company tools and test equipment are properly maintained and stored
• Develop and implement training programs to mentor and grow junior technicians

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunication tower construction and maintenance
• OSHA 30 Construction Industry certification
• Competent Climber/Rescuer and Competent Rigger certifications
• Capstan Operator certification
• First Aid/CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications
• RF Safety Awareness and Electrical Safety certifications
• Aerial Lift Safety and Confined Space certifications
• NWSA Antenna & Line Specialist and NWSA Foreman certifications
• Class E License
