As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Licensed Physical Therapist plays a crucial role in assessing, designing, executing, and documenting individualized treatment plans for patients across various age groups.

This position also encompasses the clinical oversight of students, physical therapy assistants (PTAs), and rehabilitation aides, ensuring high standards of care and education.


Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for recent graduates.
- Previous experience in physical therapy is preferred.
- A valid Vermont State license to practice physical therapy is essential.
- Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment, along with a current CPR certification.
