Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to manage various administrative duties, including breaking down car deals, verifying documents, scanning, filing, and billing tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Verify and audit car deals to ensure compliance with documents
  • Scan and organize documents within our systems
  • Manage billing tasks and finalize deals
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed
Requirements
  • Driver's license and good driving record
  • Math skills
  • No experience necessary, as we will train the right person
Work Schedule

This full-time position typically works 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday.
