Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to join our team in Rochester, New York. This 13-week assignment will involve working as a float nurse in the bone marrow transplant unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in good standing
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a bone marrow transplant unit
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

The pay package for this assignment is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. The estimated salary for this position is $123,000 - $143,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Travel expenses and housing support may also be available.
