Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Mail Service Associate in our Millsboro, DE office. As a key member of our mailroom operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail and parcels.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and/or parcels, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Operate mail machines and utilize in-house scanning technology to maintain accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and working knowledge of relevant software applications. Familiarity with postage equipment and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also essential.
