We're seeking dedicated and passionate Teachers to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our young learners and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
