The associate will be responsible for both receiving and dispatching shipments while ensuring that the warehouse environment remains clean and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize orders for delivery or collection in accordance with the schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping).
  • Receive and manage warehouse stock products (picking, unloading, labeling, and storing).
  • Conduct inventory control and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
  • Maintain a log of inventory activities.
  • Report any discrepancies encountered.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Operate and perform preventive maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory control systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse documentation and experience in counting inventory and orders is advantageous.
  • Experience operating specific power equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items within the warehouse.

Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
