Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Develop Care Plans: Conduct thorough nursing assessments and work with the care team to create individualized care plans that address the unique needs of our patients.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Delegate and Supervise: Assign and supervise patient care responsibilities to our nursing staff, ensuring that tasks and interventions are implemented safely and effectively.
- Communicate Patient Information: Share patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
- Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Certifications: CPR Certification is required.
- Competitive Pay: $43.00 per hour.
