We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physician to join our team at BlueWave Ventures as a Lead Physician for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with a focus on Addiction Medicine. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans, and contributing to the growth and development of our addiction treatment program.
About the Role
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with addiction and mental health disorders
- Provide medical leadership and guidance to our team of healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our addiction treatment program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
About You
- Board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in addiction medicine and psychiatry
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
