This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. As an Asset Protection Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex problems, working to prevent and mitigate losses, and maintaining a secure environment for everyone in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve incidents, including theft, damage, and other security-related issues
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate losses
- Collaborate with store management and other teams to maintain a secure environment
- Conduct regular security audits and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with security protocols and procedures, and provide training to other associates as needed
