Avera McKennan Hospital is seeking skilled Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional patient care in our fast-paced Recovery Unit. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients undergoing surgeries and procedures.

- Our nursing team works closely with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and surgeons to ensure seamless patient care from pre-op to recovery.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing safety and well-being above all else.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for individual actions and outcomes of patient care delivered on your shift.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota or eligible for multi-state licensure.
- Certification in specialty preferred, but not required.
- Membership in a professional organization is also beneficial.

- A competitive hourly rate between $35 and $50, dependent on experience.

- Self-scheduling options, including varied shifts and flexible scheduling to meet your needs.
Work Schedule:
- Varied shifts available, including Monday to Friday, with every fifth weekend off.
- One to two holidays per year, with 72 hours worked every two weeks.
- Nine call shifts every 10 weeks, including weekday overnights and weekends.
