Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the assembly operations team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and control production costs to ensure they are within budget.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and directing teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly operations and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
  • Knowledge of helium leak testing, module and sub-assembly testing, and inspection.
  • GD&T knowledge.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment. The employee must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp. The employee must also be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and lift over 25 lbs. with assistance. The employee must be able to stand/sit for sustained periods of time and talk on the phone and use a computer for extended periods of time.
